The Narasarajpet Campus of Sri Jagadguru Jayavibhava Educational Society (SJJES) was inaugurated on February 18, 1973, under the guidance of Sree Mallikarjuna Murugarajendra Mahaswamigalu. The event was also graced by Sree HM Channabasavaiah, then Minister for Public Works Department (PWD) of Mysore State. The campus has played a significant role in the society’s expansion and development, hosting multiple schools over the years. Recently, in the academic year 2023-24, a new state-of-the-art computer lab with 25 computers, high-speed Wi-Fi, and battery backup was established at this campus, thanks to a generous donation from the Infosys Foundation.
This campus also celebrates Founders Day annually by conducting vachana gayana competition. Founders Day was originally observed on February 12th (the founder’s death anniversary) and later changed to November 14th (his birth anniversary). The campus is also the site where the bust of the Founder President was unveiled by the President of Akhila Bharata Kannada Sahitya Parishath, Sree Go Ru Channabasappa.
Overall, Narasarajpet Campus is a cornerstone of SJJES, reflecting its commitment to providing quality education and modern facilities.
